RETURN POLICY:
Items that are unworn/unwashed meaning nothing that smells worn in any way - with all tags attached - may be returned back to us for exchange or a refund within 7 days of the day they were delivered to you or purchased in store.
Online Returns: Please email: info@nevaehdolls.com before you send your item back for us to review your return. We will respond to your return request within 48 hours.
Return address will be provided via email.
In Store Returns: Please bring your item in store for review. We encourage you to only buy what you love to eliminate the likelihood of a return.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
FINAL SALE items that can’t be returned include:
- All items in our “SALE” section
- Items discounted over 25% off during sales
- Jewelry & Hair Accessories
- Hats
- Bodysuits
- Gift Certificates
SMELL OR APPEAR WORN IN ANY WAY
Above items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Step #1:
Please refer to our Return Policy & Final Sale Items above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Step #2:
E-mail info@nevaehdolls.com and explain why you want to return the item. We will notify you when your return has been approved, within 48 hours. PLEASE NOTE: We must receive your item(s) back within 7 days of the day it was delivered to you. If we receive it outside the 7 day window, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue a refund, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Step #3:
Drop off your securely sealed return package at any shipping location. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping.
Step #4:
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via e-mail. We'll take it from there, and get you set up with your refund or credit.
Once your return has arrived back to us, we aim to process your return within 72 hours.
EXCHANGES:
Once we have received your return back, and it has been processed, you will be emailed a store credit, which you can then use to place a new order.
Please note: We cannot hold items that you wish to exchange for. If you want to ensure that your size does not sell out, you can purchase it, and then use your credit at a later date, as it will never expire.
BOUTIQUE CREDIT:
Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email notification, with the information and store credit code to use online or in-store. Make sure to check your junk folder, just in case!
SHIPPING:
Free shipping over $100.
Standard shipping within Canada is $12.
Expedited shipping within Canada is $20.
